Some evaluations are free; others carry a fee, which may be non-refundable. The exact fee for your evaluation type, if any, is shown before you confirm.

A failed evaluation only affects the specific service you're evaluating for — for example, a pet not cleared for group daycare play may still be eligible for private walks or solo boarding. We'll tell you exactly what didn't clear and why.

Every booking is checked against your pet's vaccination records, any required behavioral evaluation, and this service's eligibility rules (age, spay/neuter status, breed, weight, and similar) for the exact dates requested. A booking can come back Review required or Ineligible even if a similar booking cleared before — records and rules both have expiry dates.

For overnight boarding, in-home sitting, or other multi-day services.

Checkout after 12pm counts as a full additional daycare day. Staying past your service's cutoff is billed as an extended stay (about $3/hour) rather than a new night.

Custody during transport is tracked separately from whatever service the pet is going to or from.

Add-ons are billed per pet, per visit.

We are not a veterinary practice, and no veterinarian is on staff unless a DVM is physically present and named. Any 'teeth brushing' add-on is cosmetic toothbrushing only — never anesthesia-free dental scaling. Webcam access is a remote view, not staffed supervision — any '24/7 supervision' claim we make means a person is physically present around the clock, cameras alone don't count. We never guarantee a health or behavior outcome, and any medication add-on covers giving a dose your vet already prescribed, never selecting or adjusting one.

Recurring times are anchored to local time at each occurrence, so they hold steady across daylight saving changes rather than drifting by an hour.

A package is a ledger of entitlements, not a discount — buying credits reserves nothing and does not guarantee capacity at the time you go to use them. Each credit is reserved atomically at the moment you book, not when you buy the pack.

Unused credits follow this package's stated forfeiture, rollover, and freeze policy — shown here as the snapshot in effect on your purchase date, not whatever policy applies later.

This membership renews and bills automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price unless I cancel. This consent is independent of every other consent on this page.

We carry general liability insurance and care-custody-control (animal bailee) coverage. Where we describe ourselves as 'bonded and insured,' the bonding company and the coverage it actually provides are named, not just asserted.

Late-pickup, cancellation, no-show, and early-drop-off fees for this booking, if any, are itemized here — not disclosed only after the fact.

I authorize staff to transport my pet in a company vehicle where transport is part of this booking's service.

If my pet's coat is matted beyond what can be brushed out safely, I authorize a humane shave-down rather than forced de-matting, per the facility's welfare policy.

I acknowledge the facility's abandonment policy: if my pet is not picked up within the stated period after this booking's scheduled end, it is handled according to that policy and applicable state law.

I acknowledge that peak/holiday bookings require the deposit shown above, which is non-refundable, and that peak-period minimum-night requirements apply.
